Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations between DW Storefronts, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

3. Invoicing

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your billing information is accurate and current.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Late Payments

A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
4.2 Suspension of Services

Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 10 calendar days of the due date.

Services will be reinstated once full payment and applicable late fees are received.
5. Disputed Charges

You must notify us within 15 days of the invoice date to dispute any charges.

Email all disputes to support@vestaoutdoorliving.com and include your invoice number and a description of the issue.

We will work to resolve any billing disputes promptly.
6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST.

If you are tax-exempt, provide a valid exemption certificate prior to purchase.
8. Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs, we will promptly correct it.

Overcharges will be refunded or credited.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

9.2 Cancellation

To cancel a subscription, email support@vestaoutdoorliving.com at least 30 days before the end of your billing period.

You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Payment Security

We use Shopify’s secure payment gateway and do not store card information on our servers.

All transactions are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 6 months for affected services.

15. Entire Agreement
These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding billing and supersede prior versions.
